I have 20+ years of business development and account management experience within the financial, professional services and travel industries. I have served both privately held and publicly traded organizations. In these positions, I drove significant growth for clients. I have deep experience in business development, product innovation, relationship management, and account progression.

I lead the learning and development offering for Second City Works, the business solutions arm of world-renowned improvisational theatre company, The Second City. I work with organizations to create unique branded content for videos and social media; videos to support training in sales, ethics and compliance; meetings and events; live workshops; and video-based programs. Second City Works’ clients include Google, Pepsi, Intel, General Motors, Abbott Laboratories, Starbucks and McDonald’s.
